TRAIN • TEST • TRACK
The v1.0 foundation is designed to make structured preparation easier to follow, preserve progress when training is interrupted, and give users a clear view of their work over time.
KSPPrep is being developed in deliberate stages. The current foundation focuses on structured training, testing, results, persistence, and account-backed progress. The next headline upgrade is planned around GPS-powered run tracking and pace.
The v1.0 foundation is designed to make structured preparation easier to follow, preserve progress when training is interrupted, and give users a clear view of their work over time.
The planned v1.1 headline feature turns distance-based runs into a dedicated live tracking experience instead of forcing GPS logic into the existing Workout Player.
Planned engineering work also includes location permission handling, weak-GPS protection, unrealistic-jump filtering, and locked/background run operation. These features are not part of v1.0.
Longer-term concepts, not promises for a specific version or release date.
Review pace by distance segment.
Compare pace across repeated runs.
Visualize completed GPS routes.
Compare current runs against previous bests.
Optional spoken distance milestones.
New capabilities should integrate with the existing workout, results, account, synchronization, and program-completion systems rather than creating disconnected training experiences.
