Privacy Policy

OVERVIEW
KSPPrep is an independently owned fitness-preparation and progress-tracking application. This policy explains the information used to provide accounts, training features, local persistence, cross-device synchronization, and advertising.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When you create or use a KSPPrep account, the app uses your email address and authentication information to provide account access. Authentication is handled through the app's cloud authentication provider. KSPPrep does not display your password and does not intentionally store your plain-text password in its training database.
TRAINING DATA
KSPPrep stores information you choose to create or record, including Test Center attempts, workout and exercise results, completed program days, program progress, personal-best information, and unfinished workout-session state.
ACTIVE WORKOUT & RESUME DATA
When a workout is in progress, KSPPrep may store the workout identifier, current exercise and set, timer or phase state, pause state, and save time. This information is used to provide Workout In Progress and cross-device resume features.
LOCAL STORAGE & CLOUD SYNC
Supported training information may be stored locally on your device and synchronized with KSPPrep's cloud services while you are signed in. Cloud synchronization allows supported results, completed program days, and unfinished workout progress to remain available across signed-in devices.
OFFLINE USE
When connectivity is unavailable, supported training information may be saved locally first and queued for synchronization when a connection becomes available. An offline or pending-sync state does not by itself mean that locally saved training data has been deleted.
RESET & SIGN OUT
Signing out removes the active account from the app without intentionally deleting that account's synchronized training history. Reset Training Data is intended to permanently clear the signed-in account's saved training results, program completion data, and active workout-session data from KSPPrep's supported local and cloud storage.
ADVERTISING
KSPPrep may display occasional advertisements through Google AdMob to help support free access to the app. Google and its advertising technologies may process information such as device or app identifiers, advertising information, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, and ad interactions as permitted by applicable law, device settings, consent choices, and Google's policies. KSPPrep does not intentionally send your recorded workout results, Test Center performance, or active workout position to advertisers for ad targeting.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
KSPPrep relies on third-party service providers to operate features such as authentication, cloud database storage and synchronization, app infrastructure, and advertising. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
DATA SHARING & SALE
KSPPrep does not sell your recorded workout results, Test Center performance, completed-program data, or active workout position to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers when necessary to operate KSPPrep, comply with law, protect users or the service, or address security and abuse.
DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Training information may remain associated with your account until it is deleted through supported KSPPrep controls or is otherwise removed as part of service administration. Reset Training Data clears supported training data but does not by itself delete your KSPPrep account or authentication record. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the Account & Data Deletion page on this website to request assistance.
SECURITY
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to support account and training-data protection, but no electronic storage, device, database, or network transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
