Account & Data Deletion
KSPPrep provides a way to permanently delete your account and associated KSPPrep training data.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
If you can sign in to KSPPrep, open Settings, select Delete Account, review the warning, and choose Delete My Account. This permanently deletes the KSPPrep account and associated synchronized KSPPrep training data.
NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE APP?
Email kspprepsupport@gmail.com with the subject KSPPrep Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your KSPPrep account when possible. Support may need to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.
WHAT IS DELETED
Account deletion is intended to remove your KSPPrep authentication account and associated KSPPrep cloud training records, including supported workout results, Test Center results, program-completion records, and active workout-session data.
RESET TRAINING DATA
If you want to keep your KSPPrep account but clear training information, use Settings → Reset Training Data instead. Reset Training Data does not delete the authentication account itself.
RETENTION
Information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational obligations. Data held by infrastructure providers may also be subject to their backup and retention processes.
